7 Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God. 8 Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love.
It's one thing to know that we are supposed to love each other, and it's another thing altogether to actually do it. Do we really care about people if it doesn't show in our actions?
